Bought my BMW to Marc & Ian today. I have to say I was really impressed. As a female it’s always a little daunting bringing your car to garage but they diagnosed the issue to me and sorted the problem out. Fantastic price as well. We will definitely be returning for any future work on the car. All work was completed in the day as well so I wasn’t left without my car for too long. Regretfully not good. Rang Marc's on several occasions and received answerphone messages saying they would call me back. Also filled in an online form for a quotation on the work I required and did not receive a response to either. Could possibly have been on holiday? This post does not inferr that Marc's is not a good garage as I have no experience of any work being carried out on my vehicle. Just disappointed that my attempts at contact did not result in a response as the work needed was urgent. Cheers. Steve.
