My visit to this post office was not only disappointing but utterly shocking. I came across a horribly unprofessional display of discrimination and arrogance from a staff member who had a long beard. I politely greeted him, only to receive a dismissive eyeroll and a clear act of ignoring me. His communication style was not only haughty but contemptuous as well. I will to file a formal complaint with Royal Mail and, at the same time, share the whole video online for everyone to witness the reality. For your own sake, STAY AWAY from this post office.

My experience at this post office was beyond disappointing - it was absolutely outrageous! I encountered a despicable display of discrimination and arrogance from a certain employee, who was tall, of Indian (or Middle Eastern) descent, with a long beard. Upon entering the facility, I greeted him with politeness, only to be met with a rude eyeroll and him pretending not to hear me. After ignoring me for a painstakingly long time and attending to every other customer, he finally acknowledged my presence, only to inform me that they cannot provide the service I wanted that day - and in the most abhorrent manner possible! The way he communicated with me was not only arrogant but also disdainful. Luckily, I was recording a video as a vlogger during this entire fiasco, and managed to catch his name. I intend to file a formal complaint with Royal Mail, and at the same time, release the entire footage online for everyone to see the truth. ❗️Do yourselves a favor and AVOID this post office at all costs. They shouldn't even be allowed to serve customers in the first place!❗️

You need self service in there, the slowest post office I've ever come to, need more staff if you don't want to put self service machines in there, spent all my break in there and I didn't even get to post nothing

overcharged me for a service that was nearly £1 cheaper online… seems post offices aren’t the best way to send stuff anymore, better off doing it yourself and taking it straight to a delivery office
