    I don't often leave reviews and didn't have high expectations coming here because of the review BUT we were pleasently surprised! Starter: Ribs, amazing! Very tasty. Main: Spaghetti Bolognese, full of flavour! My husband had the American burger and although nice he said it would have been better with onions in. Dessert: Brownie, delicious! Presented very well too. I would definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

    This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long while. Seemed to have lost our booking when we arrived. Poor service, took 20 minutes for a glass of water and another 10 for our glass of Prosecco. The set menu had essentially no gluten free options so I ate essentially lettuce leaves with a bit of avocado. Waiter said he could not add chicken to my order despite all the other menu options containing some kind of meat. Only dessert option available for me was sorbet. I left starving hungry. You expect great service and exceptional food for these experience days but this was awful and I would not go again. The toilets were also dirty with no toilet roll.

    Shockingly bad service. Got afternoon tea without being offered a drink. I engaged a member of staff. at the very end of the tea who promised to fix it. 10mins later I contacted the same person again who asked someone to start it but informed me he was busy trying to fix the internet. Probably the worst service we have received anywhere. The offer would usually be to come again but as my partner said we wouldn’t want to

    For a quality restaurant I wasn't really that impressed. Food was great but then I could have been at a different restaurant for the same taste. Where this restaurant failed is the service. First they forget our drinks order. When it arrived after a reminder they still got that wrong. Then after a very long time they ask if everything is OK, not realising we still haven't had our desserts yet. I might be picky here but the menus were really sticky and disgusting from all the foody fingers that have touched them before. We paid the balance for drinks as food was part of the voucher. I'm pretty sure they charged for service as I didn't actually see the bill as they just processed payment. Not sure I would waste a day off for this place again.
