    my dad is on the process of trying to not buy a property through these liars. They lied about a maintenance fee on a flat, on the advert they said it was less than a third of the actual true price. Honestly these guys are more than happy to lie on their adverts, do not believe a word that these guys say and dont believe anything thats written down on the advert because they are more than happy to lie.

    Always a fantastic selection of properties every month for all budgets (even the lower priced ones in my range) Good staff who know the area well and always a great organised sale. Ignore the negatives moaning about guide prices.. they are just that...guides... yet some seem to expect it to go for just that... who knows though maybe you will get lucky late on... Physical brochures now available in the reception for those of us who like the catalogues rather than online. All those down south pinching out northern house bargains hey please stop it 👍

    Never ever buy a property from these guys! They withhold information that would massively effect the value of a property and when your solicitors find this information that should of been disclosed beforehand you are not allowed to pull out of the deal. Very very shady business practices and I would encourage everybody to avoid these guys like the plague
