    Do not use this removal company if you value your belongings . The two men turned up with two vans they proceeded to move our belongings out of the house with so much damage to my fridge freezer my beautiful expensive bed and breaking the leg off of my settee they had all of the blankets to wrap the furniture but they just couldn’t be bothered all the chaps were worried about was finishing early and getting home one of the chaps was sweating profusely and carrying my settee cushions under his arm so they had to be washed I could go on and on but the top line is DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

    We were moving from SE16 in South East London to Eastbourne, a round trip of 150 miles for the guys. We had two large all glass bookcases and a glass coffee table together with the usual furniture, boxes etc. Vicky, Chris and Jayden arrived 10 minutes early, no mean feat in rush hour traffic, they were polite, professional, and extremely cooperative given we lived on the second floor with no lift. From their arrival to them placing our furniture etc in the bungalow we had recently bought it was only 6 hours or so, very impressive, with no damage or breakages! I cannot speak highly enough of Vicky, Chris and Jayden, they were excellent throughout the move, and all at a reasonable price as well. I thoroughly recommend Mark Ratcliffe and his team for all of your moving and self storage needs.
