I ordered a bike , paid fully , then website gone , it says due to maintenence . Nearly 10 days now . People were very nice on the chat & customer service .I can't believe it was all fake . But started to think that I lost my money . For the moment they are scam unless they proof otherwise . I will let you know in a week time .

Edited - This is a scam website and not genuinely selling bicycles. They did not send out the bike (upon my request for refund) and did not respond after payment is made. Please do your due diligence before purchasing anything. Their website is down already and they have also removed their response to my review from this site. They are very professional and made the process pretty seamless. They updated order as awaiting pick-up to make it real. I was blocked from the real-time chat (screenshot sent) after I requested for a refund and customer service stopped responding to my emails (they replied later on regarding my review). UPDATE: I have noted on the response by marleybike (now deleted) from their point of view. I have also sent them screenshots of me not being able to access their website because it was labeled as malicious by Trend Micro, as well as evidence of my messages through Live chat not going through. Customer service responded saying they will refund me (they mentioned processed in the morning but did not inform me about it until later on). I will update again (if) refund is successfully issued.

we got our bikes a day after it was originally out for delivery but no fault at all of Marley. DPD completely to blame as their driver said our address could not be located and we live in a busy road. Kudos to Marley for helping us and well communicated all the way
