I am currently in contact with Grace Hawkins (Administrator) arranging for my 6 month old car to be repaired after a stray ratchet strap laying in road was flicked up by the car in front damaging the lower bumper and grille. Grace is an absolute credit to the company! She has been so efficient and supportive, explaining thoroughly how the process works as I am claiming on my car insurance for the 1st time! I hope once Churchill finally assign to the job to them the rest of the team are as helpful and make me happy again in making my car look brand new again. Thanks again Grace. I took my BMW X5 in for accident damage repair and the staff were really helpfull and positive. My main contact was Jason Pope who was excellent throughout the time the car was there. My only complaint was the delay caused by the BMW supply chain which could not source one part for over a month which isn`t the centre`s fault so thank you for an excellent repair
