    Can't really give more than 1 star for anything to do with the purchase of my wife's XC60. Started well, but fell down with the aftersales side, the bit when they have your money. Vehicle was delivered a day earlier than agreed, that caused a minor inconvenience and these things happen, I thought to myself. Next was the lack of spare wheel or even a puncture kit, compressor, slime etc. Made the sales team aware and was told this would be fixed, which it eventually was about 4 weeks late. My wife then had an error message come up saying the battery was low, we got this checked out locally under the advice of the salesman, battery was full charged and was fine for 2 weeks, then it came on again, charged it, fine for two weeks...etc. My last email to both the salesman and his manager have been completely ignored when I asked if a new battery was covered under the warranty, now over 2 weeks.. For a vehicle purchase in excess of £17k I feel Marshalls Volvo Bishops Stortford have happily taken my money and washed their hands of the car since.....not the best customer service and in my opinion does not rate higher than 1 star! Disgruntled.
