I rented out a property via Lisa and her team for over the last 4 years. Living over 100 miles away from Huddersfield in Cambridgeshire wasn't a problem because they dealt with everything promptly. Communication is excellent and they deal with any problems arising effectively. I highly recommend this team and thank them for the first class service I received.

No review could do justice to the excellent level of service I received from Martin & Co Huddersfield, in particular Simon and Hollie, when selling my property. Not only was I extremely impressed with the professional manner in which they marketed and quickly sold my property but also with the level of after sale care I received. Throughout a challenging sale process (entirely down to an overly demanding buyer) Martin and Co performed well above and beyond my expectations of an estate agent. They were always readily available over the phone, consistently quick to respond to my queries and did a fantastic job in helping the sale process along. Rarely do you work with a company that causes you to total review your expectations of an entire industry, but that's exactly what Martin and Co have done. I just hope Simon and Hollie are on hand the next time I need to sell my property!
