I came all the way from London for a viewing and I was told that, I would sent an application for the property, which I was not sent. (Despite following up repeatedly). When I called again for the third time, I was told, applications were already with the landlord and I had to quickly respond to the email. Guess what? couple of hours after the email, I received the rejection email. Despite the decision, I am just appalled by the service. Thank you Jessica, for all the inconvenience.

There were many hurdles but he overcame them all, and stayed professional and decent throughout. If he has more grey hairs than before taking on the challenge of the house sale, it didn't seem obvious.
