Professional, amazing, quick, and stress-free service received in Dec 2022. The 5-stars rating goes to Dayna Green in the first place, then the whole office. Very professional and extremely helpful agent. Relocating from EU country, mixed location history in the past 5 years, no history in the UK, and starting a new job, all things seem to be complicated. I wanted to buy a BTL from them 4 years ago, I was already a landlord, so knew what was required in terms of paperwork etc. Agreed everything with them, came in & gave my paperwork, they even went so far as to phone my mortgage broker & see my bank statements. After all this once they had agreed to sell to me, they called me back the next day stating some else had increased the offer, got me into a bidding war, which they say i lost. I pulled out, they then rang me again to say if i wanted it, as the other buyer had pulled out. I never went ahead as they left such a bad taste in my mouth. Worst estate agent/branch I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. It was the prestwich branch.
