I bought my new house with the help of Giles from Martin & Pole in Wokingham. My house purchase went smoothly but my sale using another agent was more challenging. All the staff at M&P were very helpful and professional throughout and successfully kept the vendors of my new house happy whilst my own sale went through. I don't think M&P are as cutthroat as many other estate agents, they were honest about progress throughout, communication was excellent and I would be more than happy to work with them again.
