What an unbelievably marvellous experience! After viewing their website and asking a few questions via their brilliant online chat function, my father and I decided to pop into Hockley Jewellers in person, to enquire about getting a handmade ring commissioned, and they most certainly did not disappoint! The service was excellent and the passion that Mike, his sons and staff have for the jewellery that they are creating is the first thing that you notice, that and the outstanding craftsmanship. Mike was an absolute gentleman, he showed us the vast range of jewellery that they have to offer and explained the interesting history behind this section of Hockley Jewellers. He introduced us to Dave, his goldsmith, and we were even treated to a personal tour of the workshop whereby we were able to see the craftsmanship that goes into the making of a swivel ring from start to finish. We also had the privilege of having Mike and Dave explain the entire process in meticulous detail. I truly cannot recommend Hockley Jewellers enough! Although their website is a wonderful user friendly experience, if you have the opportunity to, I highly recommend visiting the store in person to experience their unbelievable knowledge and customer service which exceeds all expectations. I shall most certainly be commissioning another piece with them in the very near future and shall look forward to the handover of the piece that they are currently working on. Hockley Jewellers will now, always, be my first point of call for any jewellery in the future. Absolutely marvellous and I cannot thank Mike, Dave and the team enough!
