Absolutely love the food from Masums, always piping hot well presented and delivered promptly by polite and cheerful staff, my recent order even contained some extras which was a very welcome surprise. Keep it up Masums and get ready for my next order👌 Well there has been quite a few meals since my last review and my opinion has not changed just had a delivery tonight Monday 26th May 2022 and it was spot on chicken so tender and the spicing exquisite, I ordered two spicy popadoms and got three and also got two onion bahji’s,free lovely touch, and their salad is the best and freshest you will get from an Indian Restaurant/Take Away Thankyou Masums, see you again very soon👍 Right just had another delivery from Masums Monday 9th January 2023, as usual the quality has not changed one bit, still 1st class, tonight I was missing an onion salad and mint raita for my starter rang them up and one of the staff bought it straight round, thank you again Masums for a great meal and great service👍

I reviewed 2 years ago but decided to do it again. Enormous portions fast service and polite delivery people. Chef is very accommodating as I like hot stuff so he puts a few extra chillis in etc Plus extra "on the house" portions. I can't believe they are so quiet at weekends. Give them a try you won't be disappointed

Ordered the lamb tikka which is cooked in the tandoor. The customer service was good however the food was appauling, very salty and extremely chewy. You can clearly tell the lamb was off cuts and had a heavily salted marination. I appreciate that the food was cooked quickly, however this is not acceptable as a 1st time customer and having eaten all over the country, I always expect high standards from any establishment when it comes to the produce and quality of the end product. For £7.99 it was not worth it as there was too much tough fat within the fibres of the meat and hardly any of it was consumed. (TO THE ESTABLISHMENT) Please take my review as positive criticism, as I would love for your business to prosper and have returning business. The meat cuts used for the lamb tikka were not of a decent quality, lamb should be easy to eat and not chewy to the extent that we have to spit it out like over chewed chewing gum.
