These guys are amazing, looking after people in their last days if cancer treatment,. Facilities are good, nurses are wonderful, plenty of parking, nice gardens and the view over the valley is amazing.

I cannot praise Dorothy House enough. From the minute we got in touch with them to my sisters end, they were so supporting. We couldn't have done it without them.

You all deserve a 5 star review. Your work is a great work, thank you. Keep it up. I use to work in your charity shop in Warminster, and it is such a great charity to work for.

Absolutely marvellous volunteers! Tim and James were amazing in dedicating time to sit with my dying brother who was so terrified with cardiac fear. Although I am a nurse, it was nice to feel like a relative which can be difficult to achieve when you are in such an acute setting as training makes you go into nurse mode no matter how dear the relationship. These guys provided much needed respite for me and much needed reassurances for my brother. THANK-YOU XXXX

We had great hopes for support from the hospice based on experiences of others in other parts of the country. Other than a few assessment visits from members of staff who were very nice, we had no practical help or advice whatsoever. This meant that our six month journey was lonely and very difficult with little time or energy just to be with each other. My husband had hoped to be able to spend his last few days in the hospice but this couldn’t be arranged. In the end, he passed away peacefully at home with family. Mindful of the pressures of finances and covid, i am however also aware of the role that networks and connections play in accessing needed support. Sadly i cannot recommend this organisation although everyone was ‘very nice’.
