Very delicious and quick. The staff was nice, too. I bought the teriyaki tofu bowl, and it hit the right spot. Lots of options and love how you can add a ton of different garnishes. Also, the 'sushi rice' is short grain steamed rice, not actual sushi rice (i.e. with rice vinegar and sugar). The "tofu puffs" are also just mini aburaage tofu and not some new-fangled tofu.
