They turned up late, and it took 3 phone calls with contractors stood around at my expense. They debited the waiting charge, even though the product was unloaded well within the included time and have ignored my attempts to contact them. I will now be seeking recourse through legal channels.

It all started well with the useful online calculator, easy ordering and very reasonable prices. When the mixer arrived there were two operators. One was quite experienced and successfully unloaded the first wheelbarrow without spillage. The process was demonstrated to the other (assume new) operator who subsequently attempted to discharge a wheelbarrow full only to run the machine without it stopping and overflowing everywhere onto my patio. This happened a further 3 times by which time I was frustrated at the mess that had been caused and that the more experienced operator did not step in despite my asking. The waiting time was not reduced by the time taken to shovel the concrete spillage into the wheelbarrow and upon leaving the mixer was sprayed down in the direction of my car parked on the driveway, covering the back end with concrete splatter. I was unable to wash down my patio immediately as the concrete that was delivered was still wet and I didn't want to dilute it; my patio is now sufficiently stained. Despite phoning to speak to a manager immediately after the even I am yet to receive a phone call 3 weeks later. Good initial service and delivery times, poor operation and after sales.

Be careful, used the online calculator and told me 5.46 cubic metres was needed, charged me £535 and then it was a cubic metre short. In my calculations that wasn't even close and not my fault as i used there guidance, so they had me over a barrel as i needed to finish the job and charged me another £240 for 1 cubic metre. Convenient way to make money.
