I was repeatedly let down and fobbed off.Took time off work.I think because it was a £100 job it was dismissed.Personally,if it just was not worth bothering with id rather of known so i could of got it sorted myself.Such a shame as i had plans on using him to renovate my bathroom.But after this im sorry its a no.Sorted the problem elsewhere.

As a first time buyer I am nervous and had loads and loads of questions, Jewel couldn't be more helpful and patient.
