What is it with this McDonald’s? The service is always terrible. I normally avoid Gallions Reach McDonald’s and go to Beckton Gateway branch which is 5 minutes away. The few times ive been there its always a headache. Ordered 2 egg mcmuffins and a hash brown and got home to find egg and sausage. Another time i Ordered food that had items missing then had to go back through the drive thru for them to correct it. Ordered off Uber Eats which said i had 10 minutes to order … they accepted my order and i could see the delivery driver there outside waiting, an hour and a half later an uber eats driver calls to say that there closed the orders cancelled. Why accept it in the first place???? .. other day i was in Gallions and thought theres no harms In getting just a milkshake they should be able to get that right , got to the serving window and was waiting 4 or 5 minutes for a milkshake! Girl at the window was standing there with her back to me gazing at one of her colleagues for 2/3 minutes … saw the guy filling the cup with milkshake spill it over his hands then showing it to the girl serving at the window and she was like wipe it to the guy. Cup was wet and sticky, i just took it because i couldn’t be bothered with the fuss of replacing it . This McDonald’s is absolute garbage . Go 5 minutes down the road to Gateway branch and the service is as you would expect . The staff at Gallions are completely incompetent … never going here again
