During a recent holiday we were unfortunate to experience a major burst pipe in our loft that caused considerable damage to the house. Our insurers appointed McMillans to carry out the initial restoration, and they were on site the following day to instal dehumidifiers, heaters and blowers to dry out the house, and to check out damage. Our mood was extremely low due to the amount of damage, but Ian and his staff were most friendly and attempted to raise our spirits. Over the next few weeks we were most impressed by their attitude and hard work, in particular in the messy work of removing the considerable amount of very wet loft insulation and soaked carpets. Well done Darren and Jim! Every member of staff that we came across were ever so helpful in what was a most trying experience for us. Thanks also to Lauren for always being so helpful in arranging for visits and coordinating so efficiently.
