Meadow lakes is a real gem of a camp site, a haven for wild life with the added attraction of well stocked fishing lakes. It’s in a beautiful peaceful location with easy access to bus routes, cycling, walking trails. The site is spotlessly maintained and the owners can’t do enough to ensure that you have a good stay. We have no hesitation in recommending this site. It’s one of the best sites we have stayed at.

Lovely. Clean, well organized. Lovely proprietor. Shower wasn't open whilst we were there so I can't comment on that, but given the cleanliness of the rest of the site I'm sure it'll be great. Even friendly pheasants.

Drove for 5hrs to get onto the island, Arrived at Meadow Lakes and knew instantly how well presented this site is, and kept, that I've not actually left the site ! Why leave when you have beautiful peaceful surroundings, food, brew and a nice tipple for the evening in the motorhome 🙂 If you want quality, and tranquillity, this is the place to be. The owners, Stephanie and Julian, could learn a lot of site owners how to run the perfect park. Will definitely be returning here, it is a gem
