We purchased our new property through MECS and can’t rate them highly enough. The whole process was impressively quick; initial viewing to completion within 6 weeks. The process was much aided by the efficiency and excellent communication offered by MECS. Sami organised subsequent viewings and both he and Sara were very responsive to enquiries we raised. A house purchase is a rather stressful experience and MECS helped alleviate this greatly.

MECS were great throughout the sale of our property (a 2-bed flat), especially during a pretty difficult time of mortgage rates rising, uncertainty amongst potential buyers, etc. They brought a decent number of people through the door, persevered through a couple of buyers who (due to those mortgage rate issues) had to drop out, then persevered and indeed pushed the process through to completion.
