    Not for the light hearted is what I can say. The reception guy is full of false promises. I had to get COVID PCR test result for flight. I sent the sample in the afternoon and was told I would get it next day by noon. I got the result after 6pm the next day. I was worried sick as I would have nowhere to get the result in time otherwise. I had to go in there again as I was so worried that I may not get it in time. The guy told me they close at 5pm, but no they close at 6...
