I'm giving one star out of courtesy to the female in there. Rude, rude man. Two transactions. One 13 pound paid. The handed 20 pounds over for further 10 transaction. No change and rude to boot. Staff at local bank have confirmed my suspicions . Check your till tonight. Enjoy the proceeds you horrible man!
