I attended the two day course in November 2020 for my work. I didn't expect to take away as much as I have done, and be able to apply the knowledge is so many aspects of my life. I have become a genuine mental health ambassador in my company, where people now come to me for advice. Thanks to the wonderful trainer, I have so much knowledge and confidence to help, I'm actually doing more than just being available for people who need to speak to someone. I can see when someone needs help before they come to me. I also found the course to be really useful for my own mental health. I always go back to the stress container lesson, and I've been able to manage my anxiety since. I whole heartedly recommend this course.

I attended the two day Adult MHFA course in Wolverhampton. The course instructor Teresa was both knowledgeable and engaging. The content was not only informative, but delivered professionally and even made relatable to my specific work place. The use of activities helped break the content up into manageable sections, which helped with some of the more in depth topics. Overall the quality of training was very high. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking to learn more about how to support mental health in the work place.

I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to attend a 2 day course through my work - Access to Business. I found the experience of the trainer - Teresa - to be excellent and well explained. The course has helped me, not just with clients but also with my own issues. I would thoroughly recommend that you attend this course for added piece of mind and confidence to help others.

I was given the opportunity to attend the Mental Health First Aid course at Access To Business and found it to be a very rewarding experience. It has given me the confidence to talk to people who may have mental health issues. I am now considered to be someone who can advise only regarding first response. The course was very informative and had just the right amount of information to enable me to have a working knowledge of mental health issues. The trainer was especially good and went at the right pace.
