Terrible hotel no staff no service been trying to get a rebate for paid up front supper only to arrive and it was totally booked! Awful room more of a cupboard and common areas a bit grubby. 11 emails all not answered 6 phone calls promises made and not kept. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Room was a cupboard with a dirty small skylight. Horrible Noteworthy details: Nothing horrible place

Jenson and Alex who work front of house and reception are absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service, very friendly and easy to talk to. Meon Valley are very lucky to have these guys as part of their team. Amazing lads. Servis v podobě úklidu při více dením ubytování nefunguje. Recepce lehce zmatená a pomalá. Snídaně dobrá s velkým výběrem.
