This is indeed the worst property agency you could rent or buy your properties through as they tend to be very selfish people that only cares when people are paying the rent. Not only that, they tend to make fake promises on solving house issues such as mould in which they don’t do. This company needs to be sued ASAP as they don’t care about people’s health and well-being.

Very unprofessional (family run) estate agents you will ever deal with. They quickly lock you in by placing tenants In your property, and then iron out the contract. They hold landlords hostage to their demands. They try charging very high rates and only allow their own chosen family contractors to visit the property if issue arises, and if you choose a personal contractor they will not assist you. My property boiler gas valve was not turned on full resulting heating not working upstairs and their contractor told me the mother board needs replacing and even then he can’t guarantee it will work! Even an idiot knows that is not the right diagnosis! However they did not allow my contractor to visit. I’m guessing the tenant was their family friend also. They did not even do a check out on my property like they were meant to and left my property in a very bad way! I will take them to court. Avoid at all cost. Better off picking up tenants from gum tree. All of their tenants are self employed or dss. That shows a lot! It’s easy to fake self employment documents. Deserve 0 stars

By far the worst so called estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Do not give them your business, there are plenty of other agents that offer a professional service for the same price. Go with a company with a higher average IQ. They could not be any less professional if they tried. Pretty much everything they say is untrue but are not even clever enough to back each others lies. They are purely out for the money and do not care about actually meeting the needs of the customer. Absolutely zero integrity. Do not waste your time with these crooks.
