I'm absolutely appalled by this solicitors, my buyers used them and they have been a nightmare from the start. Took months for them to even look at the paperwork we sent over. Then asking for unnecessary paperwork and for things that we already sent over. Abrupt communication from them and they communicate via phone calls and letters with the buyers (very old school). Double the price of other conveyancers so avoid at all costs!

I am in the process to buy a property for nearly eight months now - still not an answer for the completion date . The only quick step was to ask for the deposit to be transferred . I would choose a solicitor from the mainland , not this service .

Slow and passive for no apparent reason. They have delayed my move which has caused an unbelievable amount of stress on me and my family. Need a rocket up their backsides Edit- found out why they are so slow. they've taken on too many cases preventing them from being able to deal with clients in a timely manner. Took 2 months just to apply for a piece of documentation.
