I wouldn't trust these guys to unblock a doll's house.... I am fuming!! 2 doors up had a blocked drain, metro Rod pushed the problem to our drain, (we're the end house down our street!!) causing raw sewage to run all down the side of your conservatory, on phoning them about the problem they'd caused, they sent a young engineer out that did nothinh but eff n jeff, then moaned that the problem they caused was now seven Trent's problem, said he was going to get the hoover from Barlaston... He left, that was 2 weeks ago.... Thank goodness for Seven Trent, who came out and sorted the problem and cleared up all the raw sewage, The seven Trent guys asked if the guy from Metro Rod said it was their problem now... Not the first time, Apparently, most drains are the responsibility of seven Trent who I will call again, why call a cowboy when you can get a professional!! PS: most of seven Trent's work is free....

Fearing the worst when it comes to blocked drains, we were relieved when Dave arrived; he was upbeat, courteous and clearly very knowledgeable. With a newly fitted floor and kitchen, Dave went out of his way to ensure that he didn't cause any damage, even carrying his boots through the house. Thanks Dave, hopefully won't need your services again, but we know who to call.
