Karla's street food cooking course was absolutely fantastic. Karla is an excellent teacher, she explains everything carefully and takes the time to make sure you understand how to make everything before moving on. I felt so welcomed into her beautiful home, the class started with a margarita and finished with an absolute feast. We never felt rushed by Karla and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone who's interested in Mexican cooking or street food.

We attended Karla's Baja course yesterday and we had the best time! Karla was very warm, friendly and made us feel very comfortable in her home. She was very methodical with her teaching; it was a relaxed setting and we had a lot of fun making tortillas, fish tacos etc and learning about Karla's upbringing in Mexico. Would definitely recommend and would go to another of her food courses. Thank you Karla!

Superb experience! I absolutely loved the mole course with Karla! Such a great atmosphere, very chill and friendly, Karla welcomed us with some homemade guacamole and we cooked for a few hours, which flew by!! I put in practice her teachings on how to make homemade tortilla the following day, and the result was amazing! I can only recommend having a lesson with her 🙏🏻

Karla is knowledgeable about food from all regions and her classes are an enjoyable mixture of cultural, culinary, and personal tales. I can't recommend Karla, her recipes, or her classes highly enough - it was the most fun (and most delicious) Saturday afternoon I can imagine!

I could not recommend Karla more!!! She just catered a dinner for 8 of us at my home, and it was one of the best meal experiences all of us ever had. She crafted the perfect menu according to our dietary preferences and made everything so easy from start to finish. There wasn't a moment of stress. And the food was absolutely incredible. All made from scratch, and so delicious. She was warm and friendly in sharing insights into the recipes and explaining how to combine the various taco ingredients, and she somehow managed to clean the entire kitchen without us even realizing. I can't wait for another Mexican Food Memories experience - supper club, cooking class, and more catered meals. Thank you, Karla!!!!
