Both Monica and Mahya were extremely knowledgeable and with an effective treatment plan I was able to back on with my training plan and complete London Marathon pain free, something I could not achieve without their treatment. I would highly recommend whether you need support with injury or prevention if you training for specific event/race.

Best Osteo around: Came in with a ruptured ACL and MCL in the knee that needed urgent rehab. Going to MFB has allowed me to walk, run and play football again (something that the doctors said wouldn’t be possible), All of this is thanks to Monica and MFB Osteopathy which I couldn’t recommend highly enough, not to mention a very friendly environment.

We have been seeing Mahya for a while now for our 7 month old little girl to have cranial osteopathy, it has made such a difference, Mahya has also developed a lovely relationship with our daughter and she enjoys seeing her at the clinic! The symptoms my baby had were ongoing colic, straining of the skull and also constipation, which lead to trouble sleeping at night and refusing her milk and food.. we have noticed most of these issues have disappeared since we have been having these sessions with Mahya, thank you so much!
