The level of service you get from Micropro is second to none; our organisation was supported by them for 6 of the years I've been here, until we were integrated into another organisation. To say we miss them is an understatement - their team will work tirelessly to understand your requirements and implement solutions to fit your needs and your budget; they're calm in a crisis, willing to assist with last minute requests and out of hours emergencies; their response SLAs are phenomenal and they will never close out a ticket until you are thoroughly satisfied with the outcome; additionally, they're very thick skinned and patient when dealing with any irate or stressed out individuals! They also won't try to hide behind IT "smoke and mirrors" or confuse you with jargon. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
