I want to start the review by saying this is a customer service review. I've seen Middleton Blinds work and it's lovely. I was also recommended by a neighbour who had some beautiful shutters. No call back after leaving a voicemail No call back after sending a message via the website. I eventually called and was reminded shutters are 'expensive' and that they could arrange a measurement but they weren't sure if they had a fitters in the area (I explained my neighbour has had work of them). The woman I spoke also shouted across the room at the shutter 'guy' instead of just putting me through to him to ask questions. Measurement appointment booked. Had a gut feeling they'd cancel from the second I booked and 30 mins before due to sickness which I understand happens they cancelled. I would be hesitant to book and worry about fitting/lead times and follow up if the communication is bad at this beginning stage. Again this isn't a reflection on the finished product but more about your handling of enquiries and customer experience.

Middleton blinds are first class. The chain on my roller blind broke and Mark appeared the day after I requested assistance. The cost of £25 for labour and a new chain was extremely reasonable in this day and age.
