Disappointed by this company. As there is so many bigger companies out there I like to give small companies work before going to the bigger firms. I called the office and sent over plans for some rebar to be cut and bent. Was told they would get me a price by the end of the day. Waited patiently no reply. Next morning called again "Sorry was out the office will be back and will get it to you this afternoon". As you can guess no quotation. It was just a small quotation and a schedule was sent to keep everything simple. Next morning called again same reply. No quotation waited over the weekend still no reply. By this time 3 other companies had replied with quotes and even returned emails and had replied. 6 days have passed now and won't be trying again. All this fuss just to get a quote. I know companies are busy but I don't appreciate when people just waste your time and can not be truthful. If they said they would get the quote back in a week I wouldn't mind. But to keep you dangling with no intention is a companies own downfall. Says on the website fast 🤣. Anything but that. I have decided to use another company even if these came in half the price I wouldn't comeback to them. As when you are trying to run a construction project time is money and organisations is key. Something this company has no idea about.
