I spent a long time researching the furniture I wanted for our new office at work and once I had determined the type, Mike O'Dwyer came up as the cheapest overall for what I wanted. It is not only the price but the service since has been exemplary. I requested a date to coincide with other arrangements and they came exactly when I wanted them to and was kept in contact by the delivery company. Mike knew we were timing delivery of 12 desks and 4 pedestals to coincide with other deliveries and handymen, all to open our new office on a tight timescale. 12 new desks delivered next working day! Order placed late on Monday, delivered lunchtime Wednesday. Fabulous service, from order to delivery. Truly refreshing to be able to speak to someone at the point of order, who understood the requirement easily and helped ease the transaction through without issue. Confirmation from the Transport team was swift, followed up with a phonecall, which was a nice touch. Driver called me at point of delivery to confirm instruction and helped us offload from the van – was extremely polite and professional.
