After picking my daughter's chair up yesterday 03/02/2023. 9.30am. It's the 1st time this service has come through good. Sorry can't remember the ladies name. But she actually listened to what My daughter needed and myself due to health issues. So my child can have a greater quilty of life. Really hoping Millbrook Healthcare can retain such workers. And keep changing for the positive.

Not a brilliant service so far had Valentino come out on the 26th October 2021 to measure husband for a power chair with the promise of a manual chair as back up we are still waiting nearly 6 months down the line.... they have tried to deliver power chair twice first time I had to cancel as husband was in hospital, even phoned on the day to cancel they still turned up .....had to wait a further two weeks to rebook delivery took another two weeks this time they couldn't get it in the property that was two weeks ago haven't heard anything since, they took it back to modify it so it would fit...again promising a manual chair in the mean time ...I have phoned and emailed them querying the lack of manual chair, husband hasn't been outside for three nearly four months he has motorneuron disease and is getting more and more unsteady on his feet having unnecessary falls .....I am now waiting for the booking team to call me with an updated delivery time but not holding my breath. Husband eventually got both wheelchairs on the 18th March 2022 he managed to use his electric chair twice unfortunately he passed away on the 20th March 2022, wheelchair services were a lot quicker picking up chairs a week after they delivered them they picked them up again....I wish we didn't have to wait 6 months for them in the 1st place.
