I visited MBS massage and beauty a few weeks ago as I was after a firm deep massage as well as a manicure. I noticed this was a new business and wanted to see how good it was as their website was amazing. I booked myself in for what was a very well priced treatment and was looking forward to my treatments. Despite being a small one person establishment, Pamela, the owner has spared no expense in making sure your treatment takes places in what only can be described as luxurious surrounding. He log cabin has been made to look like a high end spa treatment room and once you set foot inside with the soothing music, candles and aromas you already begin your journey of relaxation. I started with my back, neck and shoulder massage which was expertly done by Pamela who applied just the right amount of pressure to ease the knots in my neck and shoulders which I have particular problems with. She knew exactly how to work out the tension and she made sure the pressure was okay for me. Despite being a relatively new business it is clear Pamela has developed her skills over as considerable amount of time and her hands feel like magic. After a brief chat and relax she proceeded to work on my hands and despite being a man she tidied up my nails and cuticles and left my hands feeling smooth and relaxed. My nails were beautifully buffed and shaped and looking immaculate. What this business has is the intimate surroundings of a small surroundings with the passion of a skilful beautician. It also has the luxurious feeling that you would expect from somewhere much bigger and more expensive. However, Pamela has set up a business which is professionally run with expert treatments at a very reasonable price. A definite place to visit if you want some TLC.

I had a massage and pedicure as I was in need of some TLC after enduring lockdown and figured I was in need of a pampering session. The whole experience was amazing! From the moment I walked in I felt totally relaxed and the setting was as described by the website. It is in a tranquil setting in a warm and cosy log cabin with soft music playing. The masseuse, who I believe to be the business owner set to work on my back which had been giving me a lot of grief and immediately I knew I had made the right decision in choosing this company. Not only did she apply a firm pressure which was what I had requested but it was also relaxing at the same time. Plenty of care was given to ask me at all times if I was warm enough and how I was feeling. This was then followed by a luxury pedicure and again I have to give top marks for the care and thorough treatment of this. I have never experienced a paraffin wax before and it was amazing. I had very dry hard patches all over my feet from all the walking I do but they immediately were softened by the paraffin wax. I am in absolute awe of the treatments I received today and I am not one to leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so as this lady went out of her way to make me feel very very special. I will be returning!!!!!
