What a perfect base from which to explore glorious York. The apartment is right next to all the sights and a handy car park! The flat we stayed in was well presented, comfortable and toasty warm (in January). I can highly recommend this accommodation for location, comfort and provision of equipment in the flat and we will be back soon. Thank you

I shall definitely keep this short and sweet, we decided to go back up to our favourite place in the UK; we always use York boutiquelets, time and time again they don’t disappoint (as usual) with minsters reach apartment. It is deceptively big on the inside and is within walking distance of the wall and centre, even factoring in the cost of the car park you have to use, it is definitely worth it. It’s a quiet area and really quite a lovely stay. We are still looking for a similar place to buy up there, it’s that lovely! A+ will use again!

Great location, close to the Minster but also very quiet. The courtyard garden was an added bonus during the recent warm weather. The apartment was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with everything you need for self-catering. I would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

I stayed again in the one bedroom flat. Love the location- right near the centre but quiet, with my own private courtyard, so I could stroll out to see all the sites but then come back for a bit of p and q. They had renovated the bathroom since I last visited and I really liked the tiling and storage space- and the shower! Comfortable bed with crisp sheets, comfortable sitting room/ open plan kitchen and the kitchen had everything I needed. Really like the complimentary gin and chocolates! It's my go-to base for York so I'll definitely be back.

Just about the dirtiest apartment I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in. How this passes in a time of Covid I honestly have no idea: unchanged sheet with glitter remnants of a party past on the sofa bed, unwashed bacon tray in the oven, filthy glasses, cutlery with dried food bits on, dirty pot lid with fat and food bits….we had to wash every single thing before we could use it. In addition, no duvet cover provided for my son’s sofa bed (so he gets to sleep under a single sheet tonight), plus he had to prep his own bedding. At this price point, I think we can expect a little bit more than youth hostel hospitality. And then, if you can forgive all of that, you may still be struggling to acclimatise to the smell of urine. I try not to imagine why and what. So whilst the apartment looks good in the pictures, and the location is truly perfect, the lack of cleanliness is firmly wrecking the experience.
