Terrible customer service. Self entitled and not helpful. Not accepting responsibility for selling a defective product that was missing a part, didn't work properly and was in poor condition despite being sold as brand new. Will be taking further action as despite being reasonable and communicating this to them they only argued.

Worst place to go rude and had exemption for not wearing a mask so legally I’m aloud in they persisted to say no we serve you outside not allowing me in. Guy comes out and I told him what I was after and didn’t have a clue what they were and showed me something completely different. Stay clear and spend your money somewhere else.
