I ordered a table form modish living some months agao. After four weeks it was not delivered. I comntacted them and they said they were having problems with their supplier and I would have it in four more weeks. It still has not arrived and they are not contactable by phone or email. Be careful with this company as it now appears they have absconded with my money....whislt apparently still taking orders in their clearance sale that cant be filled as they have no stock....

An absolute scam. I bought a dining table. It was supposed to be delivered Today. The delivery company didn’t deliver it by telling me Modish Living owe them a lot of money and until the debt is not settled, they will keep the table. That’s absurd. Insane. I tried to reach Modish all day. By Telephone, IG, email. No answer. They just stole my money. First time EVER something like this happen to me.

Good furniture but they use a terrible delivery service by using pinnacle solutions who put the phone down on me and there's poor communication between the two. For instance, I ordered a dining table with white glove delivery. They just dumped the table and didn't assemble. Then I called the delivery service, they hung up on me when I asked they return. I then had to call modish again, who got the delivery guys to come back, the table had no instructions and the guys didn't know how to put the table together!!! All of this I'm having to sort out whilst at work. So disappointing and stressful.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Modish Living. Yes the products took a few weeks to arrive, but this was explained on the product page and is completely expected during COVID, but their customer service was exceptional in any queries I had around the delivery; they were prompt and highly detailed. The delivery team they chose were brilliant too, and had no trouble going up two flights of stairs and to the room of our choice. The quality and ease of putting together the furniture was just overall a brilliant experience. Reclaimed wood looks incredible and goes so well with the rest of the furniture. 10/10.

We were sent a message days before saying our table would be arriving on a Tuesday. My wife took a day off work so she could be at home for it. We then had another message the night before saying it would be on the Tuesday still. On Tuesday, 15 minutes before it was due to arrive, we had a message saying it wouldn’t be coming!! I rang the company and, after waiting for a good 20 minutes, spoke to a poor girl who was obviously there to bear the brunt of customer frustrations, only to be told that the table wouldn’t fit on the van! After a long conversation, it was decided on Friday, but with no time slot. Once again, a day off work.. The time of arrival: 21:45pm! The worst customer service, and the most unprofessional and frustrating company we’ve ever dealt with. Table is nice, though 😂

Said 2-4 weeks for delivery and arrived in 18 days. Love the table and the bench we ordered, looks great and is great extended too. Was a saviour as Next pushed our delivery date from 12 weeks to 24!
