Served by a lady, didn’t check for her name but she seemed so aloof. No hello or please just a straight line of questioning when I advised her my bracelet has started to come apart and I wanted a replacement. Very stern when asking for my email and details. Only reason why I gave a 2 was because I love the jewellery and replacement came pretty fast. Service at selfridges was poor.

It’s a great brand I’ve purchased a few times from online. The in store service from one of the team members (believe the name was Sat) was terrible. She claims to be the manager but was so incompetent doing her job while another staff was asking for some help with an item I requested. Halima was being extremely helpful during the whole experience. But out of that I would not like to come to this store again if the counter manager is in there while she was being so pushy and making the shopping experience uncomfortable.
