He is happy to explain details, advise on the best approach and the work is done quickly and with attention to detail in a very tidy manner. I was impressed with his willingness to get to the bottom of our problems, calling the hot water tank company and explaining why we still had v little hot water and being so open and honest when things did not work. Would definitely recommend him and the team
