I want to make a review just to congratulate a guy who helped me a lot. Is a black man in his 40 or 50 with the best of intentions to help, he taught me a lot of things related to the clothes I was looking for and because of him I even returned to the store to buy more things. Sadly I'm not sure about his name, but on the receipt, the cashier says "SIKA". I am not sure if you ever going to read this sir but, thanks a lot, I definitely going to return to this store on my next trip to London.

A couple weeks ago I decided to purchase a dinner suit from the Moss Jermyn Street store. Overall the experience was terrible!! The main reason for this was because of how understaffed the store is. There is literally one member of staff trying to help 3 people at one time with their suit fitting. Furthermore once my suit had been tailored and I tried it on to see how it fit it took 30 minutes before anyone was actually able to assist me. Also, as a staff member was packing up my suit, they said that they don’t provide a hanger and bag. This was extremely disappointing as I spent £400 in the store. I appreciate this isn’t a lot when it comes to suits, but for a company who only deal in suits this was disappointing!! Lastly, I was unable to take my suit home that day as it was pouring down with rain and I was only offered a cardboard bag which would have been soaked in seconds from leaving the store.

Great experience at this branch and a big shout out to Luis! I was looking for a short-notice outfit for my wedding, having left it pretty late to get something tailored. Luis (manager) went above and beyond to help me out. I attended the branch multiple times with queries and he offered honest suggestions and was genuinely keen to help me out, going above and beyond. The alterations to my shirts and suit were done really well. My overall experience means that I will definitely return to this branch later in the year for the suit I need this coming summer.

Very unpleasant experience shopping by them at Jermyn St. today. I had found a pair of boots, not good quality, but affordable price. 69£ sale price instead of 99£ original. In spite of was was visibly marked on the tag, the lady manager refused to apply the discount. She was unhelpful, unapologetic and unprofessional. Moss simple wasted my time. Very poor management. Moss guys, try to hire professional people next time! Customers: shop elsewhere!
