Had a wonderful experience with Karen on 8th July. She certainly knew how to dress me. I found a lovely dress that made me feel like a movie star. Unfortunately the dress I liked was the most expensive so am still thinking!!!!

i was very saddened today. as i’ve shopped in charisma for over 25 years at different times, my last purchase was in february when i brought two dresses. my experience today has shocked me, me and my daughter came to the shop at 1:45 with the lady asking what we wanted as she had an appointment at 2pm. we was browsing for wedding outfits as we had a couple coming up, i asked for a size in this dress and she pulls the dress out and tells me the price before she hands it to me. i was disgusted because money wasn’t the point it was about getting a dress for my daughter. don’t recommend this shop.

Had a the most fantastic experience today at Charisma. Debbie was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about what would suit me. I’m not exactly stick thin, but was made to feel very comfortable. Debbie listened to what I wanted and made excellent suggestions on styles and colour of things that I may never had tried on otherwise. We agreed on the final selection and then moved into hats… oh my… I have never felt so glamorous. I left the shop feeling fabulous, with a fabulous outfit to wear at my daughter’s wedding in July. Thanks Charisma, you were wonderful!
