    Terrible online experience. Said they had it in stock, I paid for fast delivery. Stock wasn't there so the dispatch didn't happen until after the delivery window. Costume no longer needed, but they refused to refund delivery cost, even though I had paid more. Awful.

    The beetlejuice costume was terrible quality... all the eyelets were falling off on arrival. I returned it, but the recorded delivery wasn’t delivered to them, they didn’t collect it from the post office as there would have been a charge (quite happy for them to deduct the charge from my refund). So it came back to my house a month later. They are now refusing to accept it back as it was a ‘seasonal’ Halloween costume. Strange as I was allowed to buy it a month AFTER Halloween! Don’t buy from them, poor quality products and will not refund!
