AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! I am actually writing to say how extremely disappointed I am with this estate agent. My boyfriend and I was recently just informed that the house we had purchased and had our offer accepted on, these owners now do not have a house to go to because the house they were due to move into and everything had been confirmed have just been told that the people currently in the new house they are moving into have taken a viewing and accepted a higher offer. Absolutely disgusting. The minute offers have been made and accepted the houses should be taken off the website to stop that from happening. It was only yesterday afternoon the estate agents was emailing me asking for my ID etc! Knowing fine well about this when both houses were through them. Utterly disgusted by what has happened and therefor this means my partner and I do not have the house to move In to yet because the current owners now do not have a house to go to. The current owners also said they have been trying to get a hold of them for at least a week and have not got through to anyone. This extremely bad experience with this Movers has now caused myself and partner to never want anything to do with any future houses that are up for sell with you guys knowing that this could happen again after already happening. Both houses should have been taken offline and no further viewings should have been allowed. Surely this was known by you yesterday too when you were trying to tell me the reason behind it and why ours was still showing online too which I now believe was lies. Terrible terrible “business” and will make sure others know to avoid as well as this could easily happen to others too.
