Not acceptable - Feedback says I was rude, but when HMRC have fined e me and no one returns calls from the office - I was DIRECT - not "Rude" But Since they have merged into a bigger accountancy firm, Prices have double and service has gone downhill, The smaller firm that I had recommended, was a more personal service, even the person who recommended them is thinking of leaving as well, and their fees have doubled - no personal service all by email and then had to extend the date to file accounts, I told them the dormant accounts overlap, that wouldnt be in issue - I got fined £200 by HMRC Corporation tax - which they are dealing with even though it was their fault. Not acceptable. I HAVE CONTACTED HMRC AND PAID THE £200 FINE EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT IT WE'LL SORT IT OUT - APPARENTLY THEY DID APPEAL, BUT NEVER TOLD ME AND I PAID THE PENALTY FINE - NO COMMUNICATION SAYING THEY HAD APPEALED NOT ACCEPTABLE - AGAIN COMMUNICATION WISE - I CHOOSE TO LEAVE THEM - BUT THE REASON I AM LEAVING THEM IS NO SERVICE AND TELEPHONE CALLS NOT RETURNED- ONLY EMAILS - NOT ACCEPTABLE - NOW THEIR DIS- ENGAGEMENT LETTER SAYS THEY ARE NOT LIABLE - for my £200 Fine Now paid - WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT NOT LISTENING TO ME WITH THE ACCOUNTING DATES
