A five star rating and well deserved. I had a cataract operation performed at Little Aston Hospital by Mr Anandan at the beginning of January. The utmost care and consideration were shown by him throughout the process. From the initial consultation, the operation itself, and the post operative check a week or so later, I never had any fears or doubts. An excellent surgeon and a true professional.

I couldn’t praise Mr Anandan and all his team enough for the top quality service I’ve received. From the consultation with the nurses and meeting Mr Anandan for the first time I was put at ease with how the procedure would go. Mr Anandan explained to me that my eyesight would improve dramatically of which it has. On the day of the procedure again Mr Anandan and his team talked me through the operation and I was constantly put at ease. The following evening Mr Anandan phoned me personally at home to make sure everything was ok. Thanks again to Spires team for all you’ve done. I had Cataract Surgery performed on both my eyes by Mr Anandan in November and December 2021 My eyes were extremely myopic and I had other problems as well, and had worn glasses from the age of eleven, I'm now 69 My consultation with him was excellent he was very professional, friendly and explained everything clearly then carried out the necessary tests needed to decide what lenses he would put in my eyes. My right eye was first, and the day after when I was able to take the dressing off, it was a revelation and I can honestly say I was stunned how clear and defined my vision was, a very emotional moment as I didn't know what good eye sight was until then. Putting the drops in was no problem either. My left eye was operated on two weeks later, The results again were good with the vision, but I did get quite a bit of discomfort with this one, but hadn't with the right. I'm also very lucky as he said I may have to wear reading glasses, but I don't need them it's perfect without. Just been for my follow up consultation with Mr Anandan, and my vision is nearly 20/20 incredible👍 I will be eternally grateful to Mr Anandan as he"s changed my life, and would not hesitate in recommending him for Cataract surgery. I chose him after reading his reviews and that's why I have taken the time to do a review myself. It helped me to make the right decision choosing him, and I hope it helps others. 👏
