Ordered and paid £27.95 for 4 tins of airgun pellets on the 6th September, received an email straight away acknowledging my order, it is now the 13th September, no other communication from this fella, I have tried ringing 10 times and sent 5 emails, I have opened a complaint with PayPal but up till now he hasn't replied to that, the issue is in PayPals hands now so I should get my money back, but after it's sorted one way or an other, I will contact his local police and trading standards to let them know of his dealings and direct them to the reviews on his web page.

Ordered some magazines which were faulty, originally my emails were answered but was told the gun must be faulty and should be checked by a gunsmith which was a hilarious answer. Replied with measurements showing why the magazines were at fault and never got a reply after that. Limited knowledge of their responsiblities as a business and ignorance about their own products told me exactly what kind of mickey mouse outfit this place is. This was a few years back, maybe they've changed, maybe not. The reviews would suggest not.

I wish I had read other reviews about them before ordering as I would have avoided them like the plague - I suggest anyone thinking about purchasing from them does the same !!!
