    When he turned up, Mr Womble did a good job. He wasn't the most reliable gardener, often not appearing for a month, when we asked for a fortnightly cut. We always had to chase him for another appointment. When we asked him to be a little more proactive, he said if we did not like the service we could go elsewhere. That is what we have done.
